1. Are your products ready to eat?
Sausages are not ready to eat. They are frozen, need to be thawed for 24hrs in the fridge.

No there are no artificial, chemical preservatives or nitrates added.
3. How should I store the products?
Sausages should be kept frozen at -18c. Before cooking they should be thawed for 24hrs in the fridge and consumed within a few days of thawing.
